Currency confusion needs attention!!! Late pickup service made for an unpleasant welcome. Room view was disappointing and lacked excitement. Executive lounge food was underwhelming. hot dishes served cold with broken equipment.

Great Service for Solo Travelers

So I was staying 4 nights in this hotel and the service was excellent. Met a staff member named Carlos at the concierge who helped me pick out some art pieces to check out nearby, it was like he knew exactly what I needed.

I had a frustrating experience with currency conversion. They quoted an expensive total for my three-night stay, and I was shocked when they kept a one-night fee of around $300 before taxes, which felt unfair. The confusion at reception made me feel like I couldn't trust their pricing.

jw marriott is a beautiful place with great amenities. the pool is perfect for a refreshing dip after exploring, and the fitness center was a great spot for my workouts. also, it's conveniently located near the samara shopping center, which has plenty of authentic mexican restaurants.

But my bathtub's an escape artist. it took me longer to open the door than to take a bath! And the sink drain, slow as molasses!

The lounge serves an impressive breakfast with fresh berries, and while the dinner offerings are good, breakfast truly shines with variety and freshness.
